Demo / open access. FastBI is currently free to try without an account: entitlements, authentication, and payments are inactive until Supabase and Paddle go live, so no account or billing data is collected today. This document is a good-faith starting template under review by counsel before commercial launch. Questions: support@fastbi.ai.

Who we are

FastBI (“we”) provides a data-analysis product. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. For the third parties that process data on our behalf, see Subprocessors.

What we collect

  • Account data — email address, verification status, and plan/tier.
  • Billing data — handled by Paddle (merchant of record); we store only a billing customer reference and your plan, never card numbers.
  • Uploaded data — the spreadsheets/CSVs you upload, processed to build your dashboards.
  • Product usage — privacy-respecting analytics events (e.g. signup, upload, publish) to understand the funnel, only when analytics is enabled.
  • Diagnostics — error reports (via Sentry) to fix crashes, when enabled.

How we use it

To operate the Service, authenticate you, enforce plan entitlements, process payments (via Paddle), improve the product, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Deterministic computation runs on your uploaded data to produce figures. When AI narration is enabled, only a compact, summarized set of computed facts is sent to the model — not your raw rows. On the Pro tier’s local-LLM mode, narration can run entirely on your own machine.

Retention

We retain account and dashboard data while your account is active. You can delete saved dashboards at any time. Uploaded source data used for a session is not retained beyond what is needed to provide the Service. Contact us to delete your account and associated data.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these, contact support@fastbi.ai.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including transport encryption, scoped access controls, rate limiting, and input-size caps. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
