Terms of Service

Demo / open access. FastBI is currently free to try without an account: entitlements, authentication, and payments are inactive until Supabase and Paddle go live, so no account or billing data is collected today. This document is a good-faith starting template under review by counsel before commercial launch. Questions: support@fastbi.ai.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of FastBI (the “Service”), operated by FastBI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email before AI features are enabled. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for these transactions. Applicable sales tax / VAT is handled by Paddle. Fees are shown at checkout. Plans renew until canceled. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or rate limits, no uploading of data you have no right to process, and no use that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Deterministic computation runs on your data; AI narration, when enabled, receives only compact, summarized inputs. See our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated narration and insights can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided “as is” to assist, not to replace, your judgment. The deterministic figures FastBI computes are separate from AI narration. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
